About this Product Full Product Name

When discussing the two prior golden dollar series (the Presidential and Sacagawea/Native American), it is apparent that the must-have issue from each year is the San Francisco Proof. Specifically minted for collectors, these stunning pieces are typically the rarest finish released each year, and are truly marvels of modern minting technology. Our Inaugural 2018 Proof Innovation Dollars have been certified by PCGS as being near-perfect PR69 strikes and are part of the exclusive PCGS Premier designation! Typically these inaugural proof dollars cost over $50 in PR69 condition, but while our limited supplies last we are more than $30 less in an even rarer certification!

This is part of a new golden dollar collection will honor American Inventions and Ingenuity with one coin for each state/Territory from the Denver, Philadelphia, and San Francisco Mints. A total of 56 issues ( 168 coins total) with the P/D in UNC and the S-Mint in Proof will be issued. The series will run from 2018 to 2032 (counting the inaugural release in 2018). Four States will be released per year & the reverse designs will be unique for each state.
This is the first time in U.S. Mint history they have launched an ‘Inaugural’ coin for a new collectible coin series, so 57 coins … making it a Must Have (a First is always first!)
This coin’s obverse features the Statue of Liberty. The reverse features the Series Name, along with a unique ‘gear’ design covering the upper left portion of the coin above a line stating “ The United States of America” ... also included is George Washington’s Signature from the first U.S. Patent ever issued in the United States of America on July, 31st 1790.
