At CollectorsAlliance.com, shipping and handling charges are based on: the delivery option you choose, the weight, size, and dimensions of your items and your shipping preferences.

Shipping fees are added to your total when you complete the check out process. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional postage. We are not responsible for delayed delivery due to typos and missing information. Shipping charges are Non-refundable.

Please note: We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Expedited shipping (next day, two day, and three day) will be based off of the next business day. In the event we are out of stock on an expedited shipping product, we will contact you via email to discuss order fulfillment and/or refund.

The fulfillment of items in stock takes place on weekdays within 5-7 business days of order confirmation. To assure the safest delivery of your purchase we ship our packages UPS or USPS insured.

Shipping and Billing Information
Due to issues involving Credit Card fraud orders MAY NOT be shipped to an address other than the billing address associated with your credit card.

International Shipping
Unfortunately, due to credit card fraud and various import / export restrictions, we do not ship to addresses outside the United States.

Return Policy
All products come with a 30-day “NO Questions Asked” return privilege for a full refund of the retail value of the item(s) returned. All items must be returned in their original condition. Altered product or packaging will not be accepted as returns. Return postage and insurance is the responsibility of the Customer.

Damaged Product

Sales Tax
State law requires us to collect and submit sales tax ( 6.625% ) on all merchandise for orders shipped within New Jersey.
