2024 Greatest Generation Dollar - Uncirculated - NGC 70

To honor the 'Greatest Generation' as they are known here in the States, the U.S. Mint produced several special silver dollars -- and this is the beautiful uncirculated silver dollar.

The obverse design of this coins features six figures working together to support the Earth, illustrating the cooperation of each of the military branches (Army Air Forces, Coast Guard, Navy, Army, & Marine Corps), as well as the Merchant Marine during WWII.

The reverse's design features a view from beneath a baldacchino, a sculptural canopy inside a Victory Pavilion in the WWII Memorial on the other. The sculpture depicts four eagles holding a laurel wreath, within which is a globe centered on the Pacific Ocean.

They will be striking a total of just 400,000 silver dollars across both the Uncirculated and Proof Versions (Just like the 2014 Baseball Silver Dollar that sold out!).

Each 1oz silver dollar will arrive in NGC certified Perfect MS70 condition.
