1995 Proof Set - Silver

The Rarest Proof Sets of the last quarter century were the Silver Proof Sets minted between 1992 and 1998. These were the FIRST 90% silver Proof Sets issued since the 1964, and were the group that among collectors that reignited Silver Proof Set Fever!!
