Created by the same mint that produced the rare 2017 Reverse Proof Kennedy Silver Dollar, these 2021 Morgan-Peace Silver issues are truly a stunning sight to behold! These silver dollars combine their two iconic images into one special 100th anniversary design – but wait, it gets even better!

These coins are from the very small mintage of silver dollars produced with the special ‘Pearl Black’ Finish – making it one of the rarest and most visually stunning coins released in 2021!

This coin is something truly special – it not only was one of the first 100th Anniversary Morgan-Peace Dollar coins minted in 2021, it also featured one of the most popular finishes in all of collecting: the incredible “Pearl Black’ finish!

The roots of the ‘Pearl Black’ finish can be traced back to the first postage stamp ever made: the 1840 Penny Black! This stamp was iconic for its stunning all-black appearance and was one of the most iconic stamps ever made!

In 1990 the Isle of Man produced a special ‘Pearl Black’ coin honoring the 150th Anniversary of the stamp and it immediately became a collector-favorite, winning the coveted ‘Coin of the Year’ award! It was produced with the ‘Pearl Black’ finish that is reminiscent of a U.S. Mint Proof Coin but with the fields being pitch-black with mirror-like shine!

This 2021 Morgan-Peace 1oz Silver Dollar now features that same stunning ‘Pearl Black’ finish, and it truly makes these coins look out of this world!

In honor of the 100th anniversary of the 1921 Morgan and Peace Dollar transition, the incredible designers at the Pobjoy Mint decided to produce a special coin honoring these All-American classics: the 2021 Morgan-Peace Silver Dollar!

These stunning 1oz silver issues will have a design that features both of the iconic profiles from the Morgan and Peace dollar facing left-ward above the dates ‘1921-2021’. Around the rim of the coin are the inscriptions ‘100th Anniversary of the Last Morgan Dollar – First Peace Dollar’ and ‘$1’.The reverse of the coin will feature an effigy of her majesty Queen Elizabeth II, like all coins produced by the Pobjoy Mint.

The regular finish 1oz silver coin had a mintage of just 5,000 pieces and was an immediate sell-out!

The coin is struck from 1oz of .999 fine silver in the stunning ‘Pearl Black’ finish and will have a limited mintage of just 1,921 coins! That makes this special ‘Pearl Black’ coin even rarer than the 2017 Reverse Proof Kennedy & 2021 BVI Morgan-Peace Dollars that sold out immediately!
