Obverse: The obverse of this remarkable coin displays a portrait of Theodore Roosevelt, designed by United States Mint Artistic Infusion Program artist Joel Iskowitz and sculpted by Phebe Hemphill. Roosevelt served as President from 1901 until 1909 and is known for his efforts to promote conservation and establish national parks and forests, as well as his leadership during the Spanish-American War.

Reverse: As with all Presidential Dollars, the reverse of the 2013 Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Dollar features the Statue of Liberty, designed by Don Everhart.
