Eligibility:

This Contest is open to all legal residents of the 48 Contiguous U.S. States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Agreement to Contest Rules:

Participation in the Contest constitutes the entrants’ full and unconditional agreement to the Contest Rules. Winning the Contest is contingent on compliance with these rules.

Entry:

The Contest can be entered by liking, and tagging another Instagram account (one different from the entrants) in the comments section for one of our Silver Bar Giveaway Posts released on the Collectors Alliance Instagram and Facebook accounts on Thursday December 12th, 2024 and Thursday December 19th, 2024.

Contestants must follow Collectors Alliance on Instagram or Facebook to receive a prize

The entry window ends at 11:59 pm on Wednesday December 31st, 2024.

Limited to one entry per person.

Prize:

Three winners will receive: One Collectors Alliance 30th Anniversary 1oz .999 Silver Bar

Prize Drawing:

The three winners of the contest will be chosen by a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified through the social media account they used for entry. Once notified the winners will have 24 hours to respond and claim their prize.

If a potential winner does not claim their prize in the allotted time another winner will be chosen subject to the previously stated rules.

Prizes will be fulfilled within 4-6 weeks after the conclusion of the Contest.

The Collectors Alliance, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged shipping. If a package containing a giveaway prize gets lost or damaged during transit, the Collectors Alliance, Inc. is not liable for replacing it and will not be held responsible for the lost or damaged item; the responsibility falls on the shipping carrier and the winner should contact them regarding any lost or damaged packages.

Release of Liability:

By participating in the Contest entrants agree to release and hold harmless Collectors Alliance and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, and representatives from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or use of the prize.
